Step 1: Select a template, tell us about yourself and place your deposit.

Once you’ve found your favorite template, fill out the form below with your contact information and chosen template. You will also be prompted to select a meeting time for our 30-minute consultation to go over your materials and goals for the site; this helps us guarantee you’ll be happy with the final product. Finally, this is where you put down the non-refundable $200 down payment; final payment is due when the site goes live. 

Each EasySite requires a minimum 12-month hosting commitment. Hosting is $60/month (non-profits are $40/month) and includes daily backups, plugin updates, regular maintenance and daily security scans. Each site is hosted on our dedicated servers. Hosting will begin when the website is complete, or 90 days after initial payment is received, whichever comes first. If the site is not completed by 90 days, it will still go live and changes can still be made.

Step 2: Content Collection

Now that you’ve completed Step 1, choosing your template, it’s time to move onto Step 2: Content Collection. You will receive an email with a link to our Content Collection form, which is where you will upload your logo, content, pictures, etc. If you prefer to wait to upload your materials until after our consultation that’s okay, but if you’re ready to go, then feel free to get started and we’ll review everything during our meeting.
